To submit your return request, please use the provided link. After submitting, you will receive a shipping label via email. Use this shipping label to return your items to us. Once we inspect the returned items, you can expect a refund notification in your email within 10-15 business days.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

We accept returns of unworn bikinis and swimwear that are in new condition, with tags and liners still attached, within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that all items marked as final sale are not eligible for a refund.

Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed back to the original form of payment. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over your underwear.

Exchanges can be processed through our return portal.

You have 14 days from the purchase date to exchange items that are in new condition, with tags and liners still attached. Please note that all items marked as final sale are not eligible for exchange.

Please email info@zurisoleil.com with your order number and a photo of the item(s) within 14 days of receiving it. If the item is determined to be faulty, we will send a replacement. Refunds will only be issued if the item cannot be replaced.

Once your order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to it.

Orders typically ship within 5 business days. Keep in mind that shipping delays that occur once items are dispatched are beyond our control, and we cannot be held liable. It is recommended to review the shipping information before placing an order.

Pre-orders cannot be canceled after purchase. Customers have a 14-day window from the delivery date to return pre-ordered items for a full refund.

To keep your ZURI SOLEIL items in pristine condition, follow these care instructions:

• Hand wash with a mild detergent in cold water only.
• Hang dry in the shade.
• Do not tumble dry, dry clean, iron, or use bleach.
• Avoid rolling up wet items or wringing them out.
• Minimize contact with rough surfaces to prevent fabric pulls.
• High levels of chlorine can damage your bikini, so be sure to wash it immediately after use.
• Certain tanning oils, sunscreens, and self-tanners may stain or damage your bikini.

To extend the life of your ZURI SOLEIL items, we recommend rinsing them immediately after use. Please note that ZURI SOLEIL cannot accept returns of washed or worn items.
